Kinesiology is like magic. I know that’s an interesting statement, but when your first introduced to this wonderful modality, it really does look like there is something other worldly occurring.

In truth, there is sound scientific background in how kinesiology works. The magic is that we unite scientific know-how with ancient holistic and metaphysical approaches, bringing a synergy of east & west and heart & mind to help work on all aspects of our being.

We are so much more than our bodies and our symptoms. We are multi-faceted beings, leaving Kinesiology perfectly placed to provide assistance across specific health, emotional, mental or spiritual issues.

Kinesiology accesses your consciousness. This is the part of you that is aware of every aspect of your life, be it emotionally, biologically, mentally or spiritually. Based on your challenges, we create a direction or a goal to work toward and it is your consciousness that directs the path to get to that desired outcome.

Together we will discuss possible areas to explore and investigate, ultimately though, that inherent all-knowing aspect of you that knows EVERYTHING there is to know about you, guides the direction that we take. It may be as simple as A B C or it may be a bit more alphabetical!

Only this part of yourself knows how your balance will unfold.

This is one of the aspects of kinesiology that I love. It’s not my mind deciding upon what is going to be best for you; it’s your higher-self being the pilot on this shared journey.

It is for this reason we recommend a commitment of 3 balances for your first sessions. 3 sessions will usually allow enough time to access the cause of the issues at hand. Sometimes its quicker, sometimes it’s longer. Regardless, the final decision is always yours and I am happy to be of service in any way that you prefer.

Balances are usually between 60-90 minutes. There is some movement required, so we suggest comfortable clothing, preferable shorts / pants as skirts and dresses may be problematic.

Wear something comfortable as you will remain fully clothed during the session. Women preferably pants / shorts if possible.
